We understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for standard appointments. For service packages, large group bookings, or specialty services, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time (same day) or no-shows, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged to cover the esthetician's time.
